We have recently had our CQC inspection and received excellent feedback on the levels of cleaning. Their Director Dom Bacciocchi is very informative and has a clear understanding on what was needed to get us up to the specification. Detailed policies, work specifications, procedures and training were provided at the start of the contract, which meant that the premises were up to the
correct levels within a short period of time. We have also received regular visits from Dom himself to ensure that the cleanliness is maintained.
